Major League Baseball Charities, Inc. ('MLBC') retains full discretion and control over the allocation and use of all proceeds. Once funds are received, they become the property of MLBC, and MLBC has exclusive legal control over the funds. MLBC may make distributions of such proceeds to other exempt organizations described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. In certain situations, MLBC cannot grant the funds to the charity, if any, that you have requested. If MLBC cannot grant the funds to the charity that you have requested, MLBC may, in its sole discretion, select an alternative recipient charity.
